Objectives

The aim of the training is to provide individuals interested in entrepreneurship and those starting a business with a practical overview of creating, structuring, and exploring opportunities in entrepreneurship. To support learners in transforming their business idea into a realistic and functional business plan. The training aims to equip entrepreneurs with valuable and practical knowledge in areas such as service and product development, marketing, market analysis, and financial accounting to support the growth of their new business and enhance their entrepreneurial potential.

• Introduction to Entrepreneurship: The essence of entrepreneurship, the benefits and opportunities of being an entrepreneur, and the nature and roles of an entrepreneur (2 academic hours)
• Types of Business Structures: Business forms, company ownership, management, and company registration process (2 academic hours)
• Business Idea: Finding, developing, and evaluating a business idea (1.5 academic hours)
• Business Plan: Formats, fundamentals of preparation, structure, and business models (2.5 academic hours)

DAY 2

• Market and Target Groups: Understanding the market, target audience, market share, identifying and knowing your ideal customer (2 academic hours)
• Competitive Analysis: Strategies, competitive advantage, and analysis of competing products (2 academic hours)
• Value Proposition and Service Design: Developing products/services, understanding product features and customer expectations, production processes, efficiency, and pricing strategies (4 academic hours)

DAY 3

• Process Management: Personnel needs and task distribution, labor law, and workplace safety (3 academic hours)
• Marketing: The concept of marketing, creating a marketing plan, and selecting marketing channels (3 academic hours)
